WHO: Youth ages 5-14

WHEN: Monday/Wednesday  5:15-6:30pm

WHERE: Niwot HS Track: 8989 Niwot Road, Niwot, Co. 80503

WHAT WE DO: Learn how to run with impeccable form, efficiency and power, beginning each practice with a 20-25 minute warm up routine including drills and sprints.

Break into event groups or rotate: distance, sprints, hurdles and long jump.

WHY: Get faster, have fun, build team unity and stoke for the upcoming Cross Country season!

Boulder Road Runners All-Comers Track Meets.

Two Days/Week: $220.00

One Day/Week: $110.00
