Spring Track
Starts March 31st, ends May 21st
DAYS: Mondays and Wednesdays.
TIME: 5:45-7:15pm
LOCATION: Centennial Middle School Track:
2205 Norwood Avenue.
Meet at the Cottonwood Trees on the east side of the Track.
We are allowed on the track at 6:00pm. Please arrive at 5:45 so we can be ready to get on the track at 6:00 after check-in and announcements.
MONDAY WORKOUTS:
Speedtown workout designed exclusively for BMW: Bounce fire drills to improve coordination and turnover; force plate monitoring to gauge power/agility and identify areas needing improvement; sprinting to practice putting it all together.
WEDNESDAY WORKOUTS:
Running/sprinting workout for aerobic fitness and strength.
Workout suggestions for 1-2 more days/week will be provided for both distance and sprint groups.
Prepare for the Boulder Spring Track Series (info below).
Keep the momentum going with BMW team mates! Improve on your personal bests and add your spark to the Team, prepping for Summer Track or Fall Cross Country seasons.
Program Fee
- Two days per week - $395.00
- One day per week* - $235.00
- Fees include an additional fee for Speedtown instruction and BVSD track rental fees.
- *If you are selecting one day/week, Monday is the day you may choose, not Wednesday.
