Fall Cross Country

Two Teams, one Club:
Choose the right Team for you!

Warrior Team

For runners ages 9-14 who aspire to challenge themselves against tougher competition and are eager to do so on a team of like minded individuals.

Returning BMWS and those new to the Club, are welcome!

The Warrior Team is a good choice for you if:

  • You dig the challenges of being  “comfortably uncomfortable” in training and racing and and want to increase your capacity to do so.
  • You aspire to run on a cross country team at the State, Regional and National level, through the USATF Junior Olympic program.

Warrior teammates:

  • Show up and give their best to themselves, teammates and coaches.
  • Understand that attitude and effort affect their performance and the quality of connection to their team.

Warriors and their parents understand:

  • We are on a continuum of development as a person and athlete, no matter what the level of competition;
  • Results are "grist for the mill" of life, not a character indictment;
  • The level of performance we attain does NOT define who we are: our Warrior attitude, effort and positive contribution to the team, do!

Being a member of USATF is required for all Warrior Team members. Info: https://www.usatf.org/programs/youth
